Return Policy

Returns are accepted only on unopened containers, boxes, or packages within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number which is provided at the discretion of Sales management. A re-stocking fee may be applicable. Please contact sales@inkaid1.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be in original condition upon receipt by Ontario Specialty Coatings and must be shipped pre-paid.

Refunds on returned items are issued via bank draft.
