Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Priority Mail Service or United Parcel Service usually within 3 business days after your order is received. Occasionally some shipments may experience a short delay if a specific item is not inventory. inkAID products are manufactured by our company in our Charlotte, North Carolina facility on a regular production schedule.

You will automatically be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the package shipping label is created. 

International orders are shipped only via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail or Express Priority Mail. If other shipping arrangements for for International orders is needed please contact sales@inkaid1.com.

Free Ground shipping on orders of $150.00 or more is available within the continental United States. Products are shipped via United Parcel Service or US Postal Priority Mail. Arrangements can be made to ship via DHL by contacting sales@inkaid1.com. Please include a contact name and phone number, even for International destinations, with all shipping inquiries.
